公共交通英语：地铁、公交、打车一网打尽
出国自由行，最让人紧张的往往不是点餐或入住——而是坐公共交通。地铁线路密密麻麻、公交站名看不懂、打车怕被绕路。但实际需要的英语并不多，每个场景十几句就够。这篇文章把地铁、公交、打车、问路四个场景的核心表达全部整理好，出国前过一遍就够了。
一、地铁（Subway / Metro / Tube）
不同国家叫法不一样：美国叫 subway，欧洲多叫 metro，伦敦叫 tube 或 underground。不管叫啥，核心流程一样：买票 → 进站 → 找线路方向 → 换乘 → 出站。

找站台和方向
地铁最容易搞错的是方向。关键看两点：线路名（颜色+字母/数字）和终点站方向。

方向关键表达：eastbound（往东）/ westbound（往西）/ northbound（往北）/ southbound（往南）。看站台标识时，找"方向词 + Platform"，比如 "Eastbound Platform 2"——别只看线路颜色，同一个颜色的列车可能有两个方向。

二、公交（Bus）
公交比地铁灵活，但站点更难看懂。核心三件事：确认线路方向、知道什么时候下车、付钱。

打车的沟通看起来简单——说目的地就行了。但司机很可能会追问路线偏好、付款方式，准备几句就不尴尬。

英语不是最大障碍——准备工作才是。出国前花十分钟做这三件事，比背一百句英语都有用：
1. 下载离线地图。Google Maps 提前下载目的城市离线地图。没网也能看路线、数站数。
2. 截图关键站名和线路。把酒店附近的地铁站、常去景点的站名截图存手机里。问路时直接给对方看，比用嘴说快十倍。
3. 记住目的地方向词。不是记完整地址，是记"出了地铁站往哪边走"。比如 "Exit 3, turn right, across the street"——这串信息比任何对话都实际。
