餐厅英语全流程：从预订到结账——句句能用的实战话术
出国旅行或出差，去餐厅吃饭是最容易暴露英语水平的地方。不是因为词汇不够，而是因为真实餐厅的对话节奏太快——服务员问一句，你愣三秒，场面就尴尬了。这篇按流程拆解每一步，提前准备好就没事。
第一步：预订座位
好一点的餐厅通常需要电话预订。不用紧张，就是三句话的事：
你：Hi, I'd like to make a reservation for tonight, please.
餐厅：Sure. How many people?
你：For two, at 7pm if possible.
餐厅：Let me check. Yes, we have a table at 7. May I have your name?
你：It's Xiaoming. My number is 138-xxxx-xxxx.
餐厅：Great, you're all set. See you at 7.
I'd like to make a reservation for [人数] at [时间].
预订模板句，记这句就够了。
Do you have any dietary restrictions?
一些餐厅会问有没有饮食禁忌。你可以说：I'm allergic to nuts.（我对坚果过敏。）/ I'm vegetarian.（我吃素。）
第二步：入座
进餐厅后第一件事是跟门口服务员打招呼。如果没有预订（walk-in），直接问有没有位子：
Hi, table for two, please. Do you have any availability right now?

如果被问到"想坐哪"：

第五步：结账
很多国家不会主动给你账单，需要你明确表示：

"check"是美国，"bill"是英联邦。两个都对。
关于小费
美国餐厅小费通常是账单的 15%-20%。结账时账单上会印出建议小费金额（Suggested Gratuity: 15% / 18% / 20%），直接圈一个就好。如果是刷卡，账单上有一栏"Tip / Gratuity"自己填。如果账单已经包含了服务费（Service charge included），不用再额外给小费。
