(Tell me about yourself)

I'm currently a marketing specialist at ABC Company, where I manage social media campaigns and track their performance. Before that, I completed my degree in Communications at XYZ University, where I first discovered my passion for digital marketing. Now I'm looking to take the next step into a more strategic role — which is why I'm excited about this opportunity.
不要说"I was born in..."

1. What's your greatest strength?

I'd say my biggest strength is staying organized under pressure. For example, last quarter we had two campaigns launching at the same time, and I created a shared timeline that helped the team meet both deadlines without overtime.

2. What's your biggest weakness?

I used to struggle with delegating tasks — I'd try to do everything myself. Over the past year, I've been actively working on trusting my team more, and I've noticed our projects actually move faster when I step back and let others own their parts.

3. Why do you want to work here?

I've been following your company's work in the education space for a while. What really drew me in was your recent launch of the self-paced learning platform — I believe my background in curriculum design could contribute directly to improving that product.

4. Where do you see yourself in five years?

In five years, I hope to have developed deep expertise in product management and be leading a small team. I'm more focused on building skills than chasing titles, but I'd love to grow within a company like this one.

5. Tell me about a time you faced a challenge at work.

当你听到 "Tell me about a time when..."

Situation(背景,一句话)→ Task(任务,一句话)→ Action(你做了什么,这是核心,要讲最多)→ Result(结果,有数据就带数据)

(S) Last year, our team lost a key member two weeks before a major product launch. (T) I needed to make sure the launch stayed on schedule without burning out the rest of the team. (A) I reorganized the remaining tasks by priority, took over the design review process myself, and scheduled daily 10-minute check-ins instead of long meetings. (R) We launched on time, and the campaign actually exceeded our target by 15%.

面试结束时面试官会问 "Do you have any questions for me?"——千万别说No。

"What does a typical day look like for someone in this role?"
"How would you describe the team culture here?"
"What's the biggest challenge the team is facing right now?"

Thanks for coming in today. Why don't you start by telling me a bit about yourself?
你:Of course. I'm currently a junior developer at XYZ Tech, where I've been working mostly on front-end projects using React. Before that, I completed a coding bootcamp that really ignited my interest in web development. I'm looking to join a larger team where I can learn from senior engineers and work on more complex systems — which is exactly what drew me to this role.
Great. Can you tell me about a time you had to deal with a tight deadline?
你:Sure. A few months ago, a client asked us to deliver a feature a week earlier than planned. I sat down with the team, we identified which parts were essential and which could be simplified, and I volunteered to handle the most time-consuming component myself. We delivered on time, and the client was really happy with the result. It taught me that good communication and quick prioritization can turn a stressful situation into a win.
That's great to hear. Do you have any questions for me?
你:Yes — what does a typical day look like for someone in this role? And how does the team handle code reviews?
